She founded Sum and Substance as a small bookkeeping practice and has grown it into a trusted source of bookkeeping, accounting and training services.
 
As a lifelong learner and teacher, Neha saw the stress and confusion business owners face when they try to manage their own books, so she developed industry‑specific courses to make bookkeeping approachable and jargon‑free.
